Top Robots of 2021-04

April ranking is here! This ranking is based on the hangar of the top War Robots players (Legend League).

It is interesting to see whether or not the meta is changed with the new weapons (Scald, Scorcher, Incinerator). Often new weapons are OP and changed a lot the meta. For example with Sonic weapons. But this is not the case for the new weapons. They are good weapons and used by some of top players, but not that often compared to Sonic weapons.


Robots:

10th: Bullwark (-) 5/10

First time for Bullwark in the top 10. Maybe because now with many anti-Sell/Physical Shiel weapons like flame weapons, having an energy shield is more efficient.


9th: Leech (-2) 5.5/10

Leech lost 2 places in the ranking.

Recommended weapons: Pulsar


8th: Fenrir (=) 6/10

No change for Fenrir.

Recommended weapons: Devastator+Havoc


7th: Blitz (+2) 6.5/10

Not sure why Blitz is more popular than last month. If you have an idea, don't hesitate to comment.

Recommended weapons: Quarker


6th: Typhoon (=) 7/10

For me Typhoon is one of the most annoying robot. Especially for robots like Minos, Demeter, Hawk, Ravana, etc

Recommended weapons: Igniter


5th: Scorpion (=) 7.5/10

No change for Scorpion.

Recommended weapons: Sonic (Scatter + Havoc)


4th: Ravana (-1) 8/10

Ravana still an excellent robot, but there is a big difference between Ravana and the firt 3 robots of this ranking.

Recommended weapons: Havod


3rd: Hawk (-1) 9/10

Hawk is used a lot by top players which use 1 or 2 Hawk.

Recommended weapons: Glacier+Rime (possibly with one Ecu shield.


2nd: Demeter (+2) 9.5/10

Demeter is used a lot by top players whom used 1-2 Demeter. In addition to give Honor points (for healing), it can be deadly when firing at a red and being protected by its shield. And its new pilot APPM-3TR is very strong, even after its nerf.

Recommended weapons: Havoc


1st: Shell (=) 10/10

Shell is still first. Top players use 1-3 shells in their Hangar. It is a good beacon runner.

Recommended weapons: Sonic (Scatter + Devastator)


Titans:

5th: Kid (=) 4/10

No surprise, kid is consistent at the last place of the titan's ranking :)


4th: Arthur (-1) 6/10

Arthur has lost 1 place in the ranking. There was no buff or nerf since the last ranking in March. My guess is that with the high number of Shell, there is more and more weapons used to counter physical shields (flame, Ice, kinetic). Or maybe because of the new weapons Scald, Scorcher, Incinerator?


3rd: Ao Ming (+1) 6.5/10

Ao Ming has taken Arthur ranking. Maybe because more short range weapons are played that makes Ao Ming less vulnerable as it usually snipe from 500 or 600m. But with the new sniper Titan "Sharanga", I think Ao Ming is going to have hard time...


2nd: Minos (=) 9/10

Minos is still 2nd but is more used in Legend League than in March. Maybe because charge is useful against Demeter as it allows to go inside its shield. Minos is very close to be the first so a top robot used by many Legend League players.

Recommended weapons: Squall


1st: Nodens (=) 10/10

Nodens stay at the top of the podium. 

Recommended weapons: Squall

Hi, This is the top 10 of War Robots bots based on their usage in Legend League Beginning of 2020-10 after Update 6.3. For each robot weapons most often used are listed. Enjoy! ----------------------------------------------------- Number 10: Tyr 5.5/10 Atomizer Shredder 10/10 Scourge Spark 10/10 Igniter Rime 10/10 Tyr is a tank and a healer but also deal decent Damage with 2 Medium + 2 light slots. His weakness is his speed. Works well with Fortifier modules to reinforce its physical shield. Very fun to play as very tactical.
